This insurance provides cover if your event cannot open or needs to be cancelled, abandoned, postponed, relocated or curtailed due to adverse weather making it impossible for the organisers to get to the event or for the event to open or stay open. We provide this cover as standard for indoor events (subject to the venues not being located in areas subject to flooding). For outdoor events this insurance can be purchased upon payment of an additional premium.

Be aware that certain covers may vary or not be available depending on your country of domicile or the location of your event. These variations will be explained in more detail at the time of quoting.
Once submitted your questionnaire will be made available to underwriters who will review your submission. They will endeavour to respond within two working days.
